Please include enough detail for us to understand the issue — for a tool problem, the browser you were using and what the page said when it went wrong are the two most useful things.
What to write about
- Something went wrong with a tool. A file that would not convert, an error message that made no sense, or a result that was not what you expected. Tell us which tool, what kind of file, and what happened.
- A tool you would like to see. Describe the conversion you are trying to do rather than the feature — it is often the more useful way round, and some jobs need software that cannot run in a browser.
- A correction. If something in a guide or on a tool page is wrong, unclear, or out of date, we would rather know. If something is inaccurate or unclear, please let us know so we can review and correct it.
- Privacy and data questions. Anything about how the tools handle your files, or a request relating to your own data. The privacy policy covers most of it, and we will help where we are able to.
